A very controversial pass interference call in the first overtime of this 2003 Fiesta Bowl between Ohio State and Miami turned into a heated debate that lasted for months and perhaps years afterward. Ohio State was down 24-17 at the end of the game's first OT and faced a 4th and 3 on the 5 yard line. They threw an incomplete pass that the side judge several moments later flagged as pass interference. The new set of downs allowed them to score, bring the game into double OT and eventually win 31-24. The PI call has since been dubbed 'The Call'.
